Gary has over 20 years experience of designing, managing and interpreting quantitative research projects. Previous employers include BMRB International and Harris Interactive. He has worked with many blue chip clients including BT, Sky, Kingfisher, Dyson and Disney. Gary is particularly strong at simplifying the complicated, ensuring objectives are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle and outputs are applicable to business issues. Consistent with our aim of driving up standards across survey research Gary also delivers training in quantitative methods for the Market Research Society.
Julie has almost 20 years experience in data processing roles, including stints at BMRB International, Millward Brown and Harris Interactive. She is experienced in many different software packages including Confirmit, SPSS, SNAP and Decipher. Julie has also worked as a telephone interviewer gaining an understanding of what makes a good survey from both the interviewer and respondent perspective.
